IMPORTANT:
We don't program our TV Boxes and they come with their original factory settings and configurations.
We may update the firmware of the TV Boxes according to the factory instruction.
We may test some of our TV Boxes for basic functionality before shipping to the customer.

Android TV Boxes come originally with pre-installed Kodi with no-addons.
So no external apps, not any Kodi Add-ons, not any preloaded/offline media contents.


Product Availability

Whilst we will endeavor to keep our product listings and prices as up to date as possible, all orders are subject to product availability and current pricing.
Should you place an order for a product that is currently out of stock we will inform you as soon as possible and state time the order can be filled.

Refund Policy (No Refund, Exchange Only)

All products are sold “as is”. The customer assumes the responsibility for the purchase, and no refunds will be issued. You may contact us if you wish to exchange your purchase for a product of equal or lesser value within 120 days from the purchase date.  If an item of lesser value is chosen there will be no refund for the additional amount.

Cancellation Policy:

Once an order has been made you cannot cancel it.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are GST exclusive.
Payment methods accepted: Credit Card (PayPal) or via Internet Banking.

Delivery Policy

Orders are shipped as soon as funds are cleared.
Shipment process will take 1-3 days depending on the volume of our orders.
All the shipment will be arranged using NZ Courier Post and tracking number will be provided to the customers.
All of the parcels will be received within 1-4 days after shipment arrangement.

GIGA10.co.nz is not responsible for items lost in the post.

You, the customer are responsible for any Customs Duty and or TAX/GST that may be applicable to your order. You can check if any Duty/GST for New Zealand is payable HERE.
